You see a proof within 1 business day. We print only after you approve it.
Proof it went out
Every mailing gets a drop photo and the post office it went to, in your account.
Postage at cost
We pass USPS postage through at $0.260 a card. We add nothing to it.
What we cover
- A typo or error we added after you approved the proof
- Wrong routes, wrong size, or wrong quantity
- Printing defects: color shifts, smears, bad cuts, or damaged bundles
- Missing our drop date by more than 2 business days
What we cannot cover
- USPS delivery time after the drop (USPS says 3 to 10 business days)
- Typos or details that were on the proof you approved
- How many people call. We help you get the card and timing right, but we cannot promise results
How to ask
Call or text (281) 555-0100 within 30 days of your drop date, or reply to any order email. Send a photo if you can. We answer within 1 business day.
