Questions
What paper are flyers printed on?
Our standard is 100 lb gloss text: bright, smooth, and light enough to hand out by the hundred. Matte has no glare and is easy to write on. 14 pt cardstock is as thick as a postcard.
Can you mail my flyers?
Flyers are not built for the mail. To reach every home on a route, use an EDDM postcard mailing instead. We print it and take it to the post office for you.
What file do I upload?
A PDF, PNG, or JPG at 8.75 x 11.25 in with 1/8 in bleed (8.5 x 11 after cutting), 300 dpi. No bleed on a photo file? We add it.
How long does it take?
Most orders print in 3 to 4 business days, then ship in 3 to 5. The exact time is next to the price. Design orders add 1 business day for your proof.
Can you design it for me?
Yes. Pick “Design it for me” and tell us what it should say. A designer emails a proof within 1 business day. Changes are free, and nothing prints until you approve it.
